Rental Terms & Conditions

Before booking a vehicle, please review our key rental terms. Below you will find a brief summary, full text and a PDF download option.

Vehicle Handover

The vehicle is handed over in full working condition with comprehensive and civil liability insurance. An inspection is performed upon return.

Pricing & Payment

Pricing is based on a 24-hour rental day. Payment is required upfront via bank transfer or cash. The deposit is authorized on your card and released within 1 business day after return. Unlimited mileage applies for rentals longer than 5 days.

Lessor Rights

The lessor may terminate the contract for violations, fraud, vehicle abandonment or dangerous driving. The right to refuse service for safety reasons is reserved.

Lessee Obligations

The lessee must care for the vehicle responsibly, follow traffic laws, pay all fines, and must not sublease the vehicle without consent.

Usage Conditions

Only drivers listed in the contract may operate the vehicle. In case of an accident, the lessor must be notified and a police report provided.

Fuel & Cleaning

The vehicle is handed over and returned with a full tank. Returning without cleaning incurs a 15-16 € fee. Wrong fuel is charged additionally.

Prohibited Actions

Smoking, driving under the influence, unauthorized repairs, racing, towing other vehicles, transporting animals unsafely, and unauthorized modifications are all prohibited.

Contract Termination

The contract ends upon expiry, by mutual agreement, or early due to violations. If the vehicle is not returned within 24 hours, it may be reported as missing.
