Yes. Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pickup. Later cancellations or no-shows may forfeit part of the deposit depending on the selected rate.

Full comprehensive (CASCO) insurance, third-party liability, motorway vignette, unlimited mileage on rentals over 5 days, 24/7 technical support and roadside assistance in Bulgaria. The deposit is separate and released on return.

Rentals over 5 days come with unlimited mileage. Shorter rentals include a generous daily allowance that's confirmed before booking.

Yes — we cover all Bulgarian airports (Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna, Burgas) by prior request. Airport delivery is free during office hours; outside that, a small fee applies.

Yes — only by prior arrangement and with additional approval. Extended insurance for the destination country is required. Contact us before booking if you plan international travel.
